Whenever you have installed MS 2019, but in the activation screen, it shows Office 2016, well it is very reasonable and there are no problems with it actually. This version is indeed a little tricky because sometimes, the license from 2016 is stuck on the activation label.
If you have previously downloaded and installed MS Office 2016, I highly recommend you update to the latest Microsoft Office 2019 now. Application Bundles in the Office suite included MS Word, Excel, Power Point and several other software.
